Mobile Art Party & Creative Events

At Go Rogue Arts, we understand that creating together bonds people. Our guided paint parties and collaborative art experiences offer friends, families and coworkers a chance to unwind and spark fresh ideas together. Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, planning a corporate retreat, or looking for a unique way to celebrate together, we handle the logistics so you can focus on connection and creativity.

$400 - Base Package

Includes up to 12 guests (Additional Seats $30 pp)

What’s Included:

  • 2-hour guided paint party led by a Go Rogue Arts instructor

  • All supplies provided: easels, canvases, brushes, palettes, paint, aprons, table protection

  • Choice of one design from our Go Rogue Arts portfolio

  • Setup & cleanup included

  • Group photo opportunity with participants and completed paintings, perfect for small business gatherings, or creative nights with friends and family.

$600 - Premium Package

Includes up to 20 guests (Additional Seats $30 pp)

What’s Included:

Executive Package - Priced at Consultation

Includes up to 12 guests (Additional Seats $30 pp)

Additional Details & Optional Upgrades

Additional Event Details:

  • General event duration is 2-3 hours plus setup/teardown

  • Group size - Min 12 people, Max 25. Custom pricing for larger groups is available.

  • Booking deposit: 50% due upon reservation booking. Balance Due 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy: Deposit refund up to 14 days before the event; after that, applicable to a future event. Creative theme design non-refundable.

    Optional Upgrades:

  • Creative Theme Design $100 - You choose a painting theme, and we’ll present you with 2 design options to choose from for your event.

  • Team Building Experience $150 - Includes guided connection exercises or an optional collaborative canvas.

  • Refreshments $75 - This flat fee covers a selection of beverages (non-alcoholic) and light snacks we provide for your group, up to 20 artists. Additional cost for larger groups.

  • Travel outside our standard service area (Beaverton/Hillsboro) will incur an additional travel fee.

  • Event options beyond painting: We have a variety of mobile classes available, including but not limited to:

    • “Word of the Year Workshop and Craft. This includes a step-by-step reflection process to discover your Word of the Year; it’s better than a New Year’s Resolution! Then create a pallet sign with your word, to keep in front of you all year long.

    • Design and assemble your own journal

    • Wreath making workshop. Assemble your own wreath and leave with a kit to add seasonal elements to display your wreath all year long.

    • Food Art - learn to design gorgeous centerpieces, charcuterie, ect.
